WEBMASTER

You will have total control over the design, upkeep, and functionality of the company's website in your capacity as Webmaster. Making sure the website works well, has a satisfying user experience, and complements the company's branding and goals will be your main priorities. In order to maintain the website current and compliant with industry standards and best practices, you will work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Design of Websites: Create and develop layouts, templates, and web pages. To improve the user experience, make sure the design is user-friendly and responsive. Optimize the look and feel of your website.
  • Management of Content: Maintain and update the website's material on a regular basis. Text, photo, and multimedia information can be uploaded, formatted, and edited. Make sure the content is accurate, high-quality, and consistent.
  • Upkeep of Websites: Track and preserve the uptime, security, and performance of websites. Investigate and fix bugs and technical problems. Put security precautions, patches, and updates into action.
  • Analytics and SEO: To raise the website's search engine ranking, put SEO best practices into operation. Use analytics software, such as Google Analytics, to examine user activity and website traffic in order to make data-driven decisions.
  • Optimizing User Experience (UX): To make the website more user-friendly, test it with actual users and get their input. Adopt UX improvements to guarantee a simple and entertaining browsing experience.
  • Harmonization and Congruence: When necessary, incorporate third-party tools and services (such as email marketing and social media). Assure compatibility across platforms and browsers.
  • Observance and Safety: Keep abreast on industry norms and laws. Put security measures in place to guard the website against possible dangers.
  • Cooperation: To ensure that the website is in line with company goals, collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and development teams. Engage in dialogue with stakeholders to learn about their needs and offer solutions.
  • Instruction and Record-Keeping: Employees should receive training on website tools and content management systems. Document website processes and procedures and keep it up to date.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a similar discipline (or comparable experience).
  • A track record of success in web administration roles similar to webmastering.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (like WordPress) and web development technologies (including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and online security.
